Amy Named as One of The Most Powerful Women in Accounting for 4th Year in a Row

I am excited to announce that I was just named one of the Most Powerful Women in Accounting for the fourth year in a row last week at the AICPA Engage Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. This award is jointly awarded by The American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and CPA Practice Advisor.

Not only is it an honor to be recognized along with so many amazing women who are creating cultures of innovation and excellence within the accounting profession, I am so thankful for YOU, this special community we have created at the B³ Method Institute. Without your support of my speaking programs at conferences around the country, or you being a member of the online learning community we have created, we wouldn’t be moving the needle to create not only more fulfillment in the work we do, but in the relationships we have with the people around us.

For those of you who are not as familiar with my programs. I’m a CPA, Yogi and Technologist. I guide leaders and their teams on how to create cultures of excellence through technology innovation and mindfulness, creating stronger human connection and fulfillment in the workplace and in their personal lives.

And, since I have your attention, I’m excited to announce THREE new keynote speaking programs I recently launched:

The Connected Leader: Creating an Engaged Company Culture One Employee at a Time

In this age of technology disruption, everything is changing around us. We can find that when adapting to or implementing change in our organization, individual patterns of behavior can show up that prevent the business from making progress and embracing new opportunities. In this session, you will discover how to be more mindful as a leader to better connect and guide your teams on how to adopt a more nimble, open-minded mindset in adapting to change in the workplace. You will learn how to improve how you communicate to achieve your desired team outcomes and get past individual roadblocks. You will become a connected leader who cultivates an engaged company culture that not only benefits the business, but creates more personal fulfillment in the work that each person does.

Disconnect to Connect: Tap Into the Power Within You to Design the Life You Desire

Do you notice that you receive similar feedback in each job you have, with each boss you report to, and with family and friends? It is rare for us to step back and take time to reflect on ourselves and explore the reasons why certain patterns show up in our lives. By embarking on this journey, you will learn actionable steps to break those habits, create more compassion for yourself and others, be more mindful as a leader, and improve your communication in order to better connect to the power within you to design the life you desire.

Mindful Technology: Embracing Technology, Innovation and Mindfulness to Create Lasting Human Connection

Technology is not the end of real human connection -- it is just the beginning. When you implement technology in a mindful way so that your team is not consumed and stressed by it, it allows the technology to do the heavy lifting so you can dedicate more time to developing collaborative, lasting employee and customer relationships. By incorporating technology in a mindful way, you can become a more empathetic leader, and create an engaged company culture that improves each person’s ability to communicate, innovate, and create.
