Per Amy:

“What a great day at the 2020 Symposuim of PMI Mile Hi Chapter.  I spoke on two topics - Practicing Mindfulness in the Workplace and Becoming a Connected Leader: Creating an Engaged Company Culture one Employee at a Time in the Digital Age.”

As a motivational keynote speaker,  Amy Vetter engaged and inspired hundreds of project management professionals on how to practice and live a more mindful life at work:

“This was a really engaged crowd of project management professionals who were open to the mindfulness techniques that I shared during these presentations. They learned how to incorporate these tools into their workday and as a result show up better for those around them and create greater inner happiness.

Often we hear the term mindfulness but aren’t sure how to actually incorporate it into our work. Like anything, it takes practice and there are many different tools you have available to you that come naturally. But, we have to make the intentional choice to practice it and notice what works and doesn’t and adjust along the way. When we’re more aware of our internal thoughts and what we say, we become more aware of how we affect the people around us. This gives us the opportunity to adjust and start aligning how we want people to think of us with how they perceive us.”
