Amy Vetter, CPA, CGMA, RYT500, CSP, and CEO of The B³ Method Institute, is a distinguished leader known for her transformative approach to integrating business strategy with personal fulfillment. With over 25 years of experience across finance, technology, and corporate leadership, Amy has consistently driven impactful change in diverse industries.
Amy’s journey began in the finance sector, where she quickly rose to prominence as a CPA, earning her credentials as a CGMA and securing leadership roles in firms like KPMG and Ryder Systems. However, her career trajectory took a unique turn as she recognized the importance of aligning work with personal values and well-being. This realization led her to explore holistic practices, eventually becoming a certified yoga instructor (RYT500) and a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP).
As the CEO of The B³ Method Institute, Amy developed The B³ Method®—Business + Balance = Bliss—an innovative framework that empowers professionals to create work-life harmony. This method goes beyond traditional work-life balance models by promoting a seamless integration of business goals with personal fulfillment. At XERO, she served as the Chief Relationship Officer and Head of Accounting, where she led global teams, developed an innovation roadmap, and expanded the company’s footprint in the Americas. Her work at Intuit as the leader of the Intacct Accounting Program was equally impactful, where she achieved revenue objectives and received the President’s Award for her contributions.
