Breaking Beliefs

In these times of change, we can often feel alone sometimes not knowing where our anchor is, what will stay the same, what will change and how we will get there together. We often focus on what the future will look like instead of giving an equal amount of focus on creating a stronger human connection and just being present in the moment. Letting ourselves study the changes we are going through as an outside observer, what can get in the way of progress is not necessarily learning something new. Each person's patterns and internal stories that stay in our heads and drive fear of what the future will be and can often get in the way of progress. When we realize this, we have the ability to pivot how we nurture ourselves and the people around us in order to achieve the desired outcomes we want together. No matter what stage of life you are at, there is never time to stop growing in our understanding of ourselves and how we affect the world around us.

Breaking Beliefs: We have the ability to pivot how we nurture ourselves and the people around us in order to achieve the desired outcomes we want together.

I have a good friend that is in his 80s and at 75, made a choice to take on a new career as a playwright. It is that zest for life that we never want to lose to stay fresh and new rather than being stagnant and continued to become the best version of ourselves. The valuable time that you will take to read this blog is for you to pause in your day. Go on your own self-journey while you learn from leaders in all walks of life, talk about their own stories of uncovering their own internal belief system that held them back from who they were meant to be. We often don't take the time to step back and understand why we even believe what we do and decipher our own beliefs versus what someone else told us to believe. Your beliefs and behaviors are your own.

We all have stuff but how we choose to live our life is our own responsibility. It is important for us to be honest with ourselves rather than letting the self-deception creep in and use outside circumstances to blame the feelings that we have.
